Hey there friends happy Tuesday,
I received these amazing buttons this week and had to use them
so I grabbed some beautiful Anna Griffin tags and went crazy!
I used Ribbons Unlimted Dazzle Ribbons and stitched the tags to
it using a zig zag stitch on my sewing machine.
How fun is this banner? I love it.
All the colors and textures make me smile.
It's not too big, not too small and used up some leftover Thickers!
Next time you want to make a banner try those old tags
or some new amazing tags! :)

Hey there crafty friends,
I have another Quick Quotes Guest Designer post today and this time
I decided to make a set of cards- using the beautiful quotes in the
Calypso papers and embellishments.
I also stamped on each card using the PowderPuff Chalking Inks
which I ADORE!
I used them with the Avocado Arts stamp set-
When & Where- (Love those too)
On this last card I even used the beautiful Itty Bitty Boxes
of Vellum Quotes- how handy are these??! I mean serious love!
Love the colors, love the's such a great company! :)

Until next time- Keep on creating!

It was the perfect stamp set to play with and I love the results.
A couple more angles for detailing :)

Loved sewing and stamping on the acrylic!

Good morning crafty friends,
Hello Tuesday...and hello NEW stamp set! :)

This new Avocado Arts stamp set called A Mother's Love
is simply amazing. I had to make a joke about Mother's being like Buttons
because it's such an adorable sentiment. :)
I created this vintage style card using a gift package from a friend
with some Xyron and Quick Quotes.
Check out the blog today for my other cards
This is the full stamp set and trust me YOU NEED IT! I love this.
Great for Mother's Day coming up. :)
Happy Crafty Tuesday friends!

Mom Brag Post~

Ok this ones not crafty friends :)
Happy Monday I wanted to share a few photos I took of my son at his
girlfriends prom this weekend.
It is his senior year and all those special events are happening.
I was able to take some shots before they left and I know
some of you have seen them on Facebook but I wanted to share the rest on my blog.

Can't believe he is 18 and going to college!
Seems like yesterday he was 2 and started calling me MOMMY
I celebrated his 3rd birthday with him and took on being his mom from
the first time I met him...I am so lucky to have been a part of his life.

Thanks for indulging my non-craft post today~

Good morning friends, I am excited to be the Guest Designer for Quick Quotes
this month and very excited to share this fun project with you.

A Sun Catcher I created using the Calypso line of paper and embellishments.
And I do have a step by step tutorial as well!
Using an acrylic flourish (Clear Scraps) coat in Sail Boat Blue Alcohol ink.
bird, and press into place.
Adhere to bird- and tie coordinating color ribbon through top/
Using Xyron adhesive dots- Roll and attach flourish to bird as shown.

Add more Calypso Chipboard Die Cuts over the flourish.
Thread Crystal Sun Catcher through bottom of bird.
Add rhinestone accents on both sides.

Now you have an amazing Sun Catcher that will shine in your window all spring!
I hope you enjoyed my project today.
Until next time- Keep on creating!!
